We Adopted Advanced Systems of Business Administration To Run Our Business Such As The Project-Based Flat Organization Which’s been Implemented As the Organization Structure of Our Company; We Also Utilize A Result-Oriented Management Style to Manage Our Company’s Day-To-Day Operations and To Manage Our Projects.
For each of our projects, there is a team of certain “Experts” who are normally selected based on their expertise and willingness to be involved. Each of those “Experts” is an Executive Partner to the company with a certain percentage of profit in each project calculated based on their involvement and participation in each project respectively. We invented a matrix called DoR&P (Distribution of Responsibilities and Profits) to calculate those percentages.
An Executive Partner (EP) should at least deliver on one of the following values:
– Has an innovative idea of sellable product or service
– Has the competency to effectively participate in closing deals with customers of his own project or other EPs’ projects
– Has the competency to effectively participate in those projects execution
